Agreed. I finally decided to invest in Mem and make it my primary info manager. When I tried using it, I found the Inbox was gone, as was the template feature, two of the tools I intended to use. Mem did give me my money back, so kudos on that. But I lost all faith in the development of Mem. It is a shame.
