Dear political pundits

You are a disgrace.

Once again you happily become marianettes to Donald Trump’s clumsy puppeteer. After one poor performance in a debate, you’re suggesting Joe Biden isn’t fit to be president, ignoring the fact that he is the president and has been effective over the past three and a half years. Do you have evidence of Biden actually being unable to do his job, or do you think all the president has to do is look sharp on TV?

Biden has been effective as president because he relies on experienced, competent people. That’s how a president should do his job.

Seriously, have you no ability to discern the superficial from the substance?

Trump lied throughout the debate, didn’t answer questions. He has said he’ll sell himself to big donors. He’s a traitor, a rapist, a convicted felon, a wannabe tyrant. If elected, he’ll surround himself with people loyal only to him regardless of their competency.

Why aren’t you calling for Trump to be replaced? Where is your outrage at the Republican Party for thrusting this awful human being forward for a second term?

Would it be better if the Democrats replaced Biden? Probably. But my point is that the pundits are making Trump’s case, instead of examing Trump himself. Of the two, Biden as he is or Trump, Biden is the far better choice for democracy.

This would be almost funny if it weren’t so dangerous for the free world.
