From the first episode, I thought Strange New Worlds was the most like the original series, both in story and in attitude. I was never a fan of Next Generation, though I enjoyed the first season of Picard very much -- not so much the second season. I am also one of the few people partial to Enterprise, which got off to a slow start in season one, but really picked it up in subsequent seasons, presenting the likeable crew with a host of diabolical predicaments. But I guess I'm close to agreeing with those who think SNW is the best Star Trek since the original. Thanks for the article!
