I hope AnyType proves to work for you. An app I like to reccommend for Evernote escapees is Notejoy. It will feel very familiar to Evernote users, it is available on Mac, Windows, Web, iOS and Android. You have offline access to your notes. You can send email into Notejoy to create notes, and you can email directly from Notejoy. You can organize with nested folder, or nested tags. Notejoy is intended for team collaboration, but they offer a solo plan at a reasonable $40 per year. It isn't perfect. Task management is virtually non-existent, and it doesn't do tables. But it does a nice job importing Evernote notes.
