It has always interested me why Rumours sold better and is more well-regarded than the self-titled album Fleetwood Mac. Rhiannon, Landslide, Warm Ways and Over My Head are -- to my ear -- better than any songs on Rumours. But as someone who was a FM fan before Buckingham and Nicks joined the band, I am also partial to several of the earlier albums. Bob Welch was an underrated member of the band.
