My system is ever changing, but at the moment I am using Reflect as my log for daily notes. I am using Walling to collect information related to specific, larger projects. What you said about Routine -- that you can add notes to tasks -- is very appealing, so I might try that, as I'm still flailing around a bit with my task management.
