My wife and I vacationed on Mackinac Island a few years ago along with another couple. We brought our bicycles over on the ferry. Bicycling the island is fun too. There are two forts on island, historic sites, for those who enjoy history. The town reminded me of Provincetown with the small, boutiques and shops. And you can't leave without fudge!
