Thanks for the overview. I've tried all of these apps. I tend to agree that Milanote provides the best experience. My biggest complaint about Milanote is that it needs some kind of aerial view, so you can quickly navigate to a specific board. The search feature is pretty good, but a diagramatic overview would be a killer feature. I suggested this to them a few years ago, but they've not acted on it.

Walling is a very sophisticated app -- I've called it Notion with training wheels. I just can't seem to get to the point that I am comfortable with all the screen clutter... well, it isn't clutter as everything has a purpose, but it feels that way to me.

xTiles is kind of an app inbetween Milanote and Walling. It is still too feature lean for me to make commit to putting my info there. But they are always improving.
