The short answer to your question what tools I use is "Too many to count." And that is partially because I work on a Windows PC in my day job, and on a MacBook in my personal world. A more useful response is that my primary writing application at the moment is Craft, which I can access on PC or Mac (and iOS too). I do use Word at times, because I work in publishing and Word is a standard format for manuscript submissions, but I don't write in Word.

I've been going back and forth between Capacities and Reflect for my new note-taking app, but I think I'm coming down on the side of Reflect. It isn't as feature-rich as Capacities, but that's what I like about it. This is still an in-progress experiment.
