These are all terrific tools, and you have done a great job providing an overview, but one tool you've left out that -- in my view -- deserves mention is Heptabase. It is like a combination of Scrintal and Obsidian (or, fill in the blank). It is offline first, like Obsidian. It has daily notes and pages and you can combine these on whiteboards. And that's just the surface.
